How does pricing work?
The fees cover the cost of bar usage. The bar rental, labor, delivery and breakdown. It covers anything regarding this service. This cost covers the equipment, mixers accessories, garnishes, cups, straws, ice, napkins, and anything else needed to serve beverages. There is an additional travel fee for $75.
Do you give refunds for services not used?
Yes, as we completely understand circustances may change, we require a 48 hour notice of cancellation prior to the date of the event. We prep for each event making sure we’re prepared capture the moment for our client’s event. If no response is received within the guidelines, the deposit fee will be non refundable.
What alcohol is included?
None! By North Carolina State Law, we are not licensed to provide any beverage containing alcohol. That includes beer & wine! For an additional charge, we are able to pick up liquor for your event and invoice separate from bar service!
What decor items come with the trailer?
We do not provide balloons or any major florals + decor. We often work with planners in the area and they provide those services.
